Public Warehouse Customs Free Zone Novi Sad is located in the Novi Sad Port complex – Bajči Žilinskog no.16.

It has a very attractive position: near the city center, directly connected to the motorway E75 and international railway Vienna-Budapest-Belgrade, as well in the vicinity of industrial zone and all major wholesalers and retail supermarkets.
Capacities of  Customs Free Zone Novi Sad facilities:

• 238 m2 OFFICE SPACE
The facility is fully equipped and gasified, with access roads, and unloading ramps.

There are compound storage and separate units ranging from 70 to 1000 m2.

The offices are fully equipped (phone, broadband internet), situated within the storage and in the business section of the facilities.

All the measures of safety and fire protection are implemented.

The facilities are insured, guarded by professional service and equipped with the video surveilance system 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Department of freight forwarding and transportation started operating in January 2010. , at the initiative of the management of Novi Sad Free Zone. The intention was to provide complete logistic services in one place for all users of the Free Zone and other customers.

The customs terminal is provided on the  area of  7000 m2 with the necessary manipulative space for transportation vehicles. Vehicle may enter the customs terminal in the zone from 0 h to 24 h every day of the year.

There is a restaurant with freshly prepared meals, and bathrooms.

Customs office for customs control duties – CI 21202 located in the building Zone I,  Bajči Žilinskog No. 16 street, Novi Sad. All customs procedures are performed there and working hours are from 8 am to 20 pm (weekdays and Saturdays)

We are providing the complete logistic support from freight forwarding operations, warehousing, record-keeping, loading, unloading and transport and distribution of goods.

The Departmant for handling the goods performs loading, unloading and reloading of all kinds of goods from 7 am to 19 pm every day, and from 8 am to 16 pm Saturdays, and if necessary, outside working hours.

The service is equipped with modern machinery, Forklifts of all types and different capacity ranging from 1.5 t to 12 t.
